The OBA will provide upon full payment: field rentals, umpires, game balls, games and other special events organized and outlined each pre-season Manager's Meeting by the OBA Commissioner, respective Divisional Presidents and other league officials. 

REFUND POLICY

The OBA does not guarantee and is not obligated to grant refunds or credits for injuries, playing time, personality conflicts or for ANY reason. Participants may submit in writing via email/text or other customary communication methods of (1) refund, partial refund or credit request per season and is at the sole discretion of OBA Officials, decided by the Board of Directors and approved by the League Commissioner. The League values it's participants and will make every effort to make both the Organization and participant(s) whole but reserves the right to decline approval of refunds or credits for any reason.
